September 2015

65 Patients did not attend pre booked appointments at the Surgery.  This equated to 12 hours in lost patient appointment time which could have been used by other patients needing an appointment.  If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please let us know as early as possible so that we can offer the appointment to someone else who may need it urgently.  Please also note that if you do not attend a pre booked appointment on 3 or more occasions within a 6 month period without advising us, you may be removed from the Surgery patient list.
